When you buy a Steam Key from us, we send it by email to the email address tied to your GameSessions account.
There are a few reasons why you may not see your Steam Key. Here are a few potential reasons; please check all of them and contact us if you still can't find it.
- You used a different email address to make the purchase
This is the most common cause of confusion. Please double-check the email address tied to the GameSessions account you used to make the purchase.
If you used Facebook to log in, then the email was sent to the email address tied to your Facebook account.
- The email went to spam
Make sure you check your spam and junk folders.
A quick way of searching for this email is to type the email address "email@example.com".
- The email has been deferred
This means that your email service provider is temporarily blocking the delivery of the email. It can be due to various reasons; for example if your server is having technical issues at that time, or if your inbox is full.
We will keep trying to send the email for 72 hours.
- The purchase did not go through
It is possible payment failed and the purchase was cancelled. If you are unsure of whether you actually bought the key, please check your bank statement.
