    Hi, have you restarted your machine and tried again?

    If that didn't work, can you send us your logs so that we can investigate the issue? 

    To do that, open the folder C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\gamesessions, and find hooking.log. 
    An easy way to do this is to press the Windows key and type %temp%\gamesessions which will open this folder for you.

    Attach the file to a ticket.

    Thank you for your patience. We have identified the source of the problem and patched it. If you launch the game again now, it should update and work properly.
