    Hi! I've looked at the transaction on our side, and can see that you attempted a few times to buy a key for Hitman: Absolution.

    However, the transaction was rejected by our systems. It looks as though the postcode check failed. 

    According to our accounts, no money was taken from your account.     

    In situations like this, sometimes the bank locks the expected payment for 24-48 hours, making it look as if the payment has been taken. 

    Could you check your bank account again and confirm that the locked payment has been returned to your account?

    I got the same issue. Please check my payment or/and my key to Hitman.

    And I don't understand why you require the code postal?

    Hi, I can confirm it's the same case for both of you. The payment failed, and if money was taken off your account it should be returned under 24-48h.

    We require the postcode for security reasons. However, we are working on improving our payment system to get away from postcodes check, to make it easier for users.

    I confirm that I receive back my payment.

    The postcode check could be a mess if we are using an online bank.
