Yes, I tried restarting but it still the same
Could you send us your installer logs? Navigate to the folder C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp\ An easy way to do this is to press the Windows key and type %temp% which will open this folder for you. Attach the Installer log to your response. The file name should be similar to: [game_name]_-_GameSessions_Edition_20170831092705_000_Installer.log.
